Out of the things I've been doing in BRawl, everything has been going great so far. One of the things I've been doing in it is unlocking some of the hidden items from the game and getting a few more trophies from the Subspace Emissary Adventure Mode. From it, I've managed to acquire Tabuu and Rayquaza as trophies. It wasn't easy, but I did it. ^^ Tabuu may be a pain in the ass to beat, but I managed to find a way to dodge with one of his nearly inescapable attack that is considered a one-hit kill and Rayquaza is also quite a handful. However, I will try to get the other trophies from Adventure Mode. As for the secret items, I got the Porky Statue and the Shadow Cannon trophies. ^^ As for other games, Mario Kart Wii coming out on April 27 is going to look very promising since I've always enjoyed the franticness and the action that the Mario Kart series has delivered and this is no excpetion(not to mention I love the SMB series as well). Also, for all of you Sonic fans out there, it has been announced that Sonic Unleashed is headed its way for the Wii and other consoles on November 2008. Now all we need from Nintendo now is a new Starfox game for the Wii. I'm sure they'll do it, but hasn't been announced yet. It's very possible that it is already in development, but haven't been mentioned to the public as of yet. They could reveal it at the upcoming E3 expo 2008 at Los Angeles in July as one of the upcoming games. I mean so far we have had in the Starfox series 1 game for the Super NES, 1 for N64, 2 for the GCN and 1 for the DS. I don't see why they can't do one for the Wii. For the characters such as Fox, Falco and Wolf, I just hope the developers give them pretty much the same outfits for them from Brawl for their upcoming Starfox game. Because they have done a terrific job for them and Wolf is one example that they have given him a more complete overhaul in his uniform. ^^ For DVD wise, Aliens v. Predator Requiem finally hits stores today on DVD. So for those who have missed it out in theaters, I recommend to see it, it's worth it and better than the first one which fits the Alien and Predator universe together in chronological order. ^^

After months of waiting for SSB Brawl, it is finally here and I managed to pick it up on midnight release date and it is just what I've always wanted. It is a blast to play with. Just last night, I've finished unlocking the last 3 characters that I needed to complete the roster which those are Wolf, Jigglypuff and Toon Link. For Wolf, I tested him out and he kicks so much ass that he is definitely a staple of my team of 4 characters that I'll be using the most along with Fox, Sonic and Luigi(..considering that these 4 are also my favorites personally). Even taking some snapshots in this game is even more fun than I thought than it was in Melee. But the unfortunate thing about this that I tried to see if I can see those pics I took in my computer, but it wouldn't read them. But I may have some plans to submit in my gallery if I can some cool pics that I took during my brawls that I had with several of my favorite characters in action or pics that people could consider by either awesomeness or epic. ^^ Anyone who may be interested that I know of here in dA who wants to play with me online, you can go right ahead. ^^ I look forward to it.

Yep, as the title to my journal will say, today's my birthday and I turn 24. ^^ How cool is that? As the release date for Super Smash Bros. Brawl is nearing close to Mar.9, I just want to say to all my friends here in dA that we are all going to crazy playing it especially online. Anyone who would like to play with me online, just let me know as soon as possible. But I would need your Wii Address Number and your nickname so I can place it on my Wii who hasn't done it yet. ^^ But first, before I do that, I will obviously unlock all the characters to make that happen. Another good thing(...sort of) that happened interesting yesterday was that there was the 80th Academy Awards ceremony that were showing on ABC. The movie that took the category for Best Picture of the year was "No Country For Old Men". What surprised me even further was that "Transformers" was nominated for 3 Academy Awards, but didn't win a single one. Those were Best Visual Effects, Best Sound and Best Sound Editing. Instead, from what I know, "The Golden Compass" stoled the category from "Transformers" for Best Visual Effects. I can't believe that!! Transformers deserved it more than The Golden Compass and it had a lot more Visual Effectsin it. ^^ At least I'm happy that director Brad Bird(The Incredibles and The Iron Giant) took his second Academy Award for Ratatoutille for Best Animated Film. Well, February has just come in and it is one of my favorite months of the year. ^^ For all you gamers who own a Wii, you may have already know that Super Smash Bros. Brawl is already out in Japan which came out in Jan. 31. They already revealed all 35 characters in the roster. Here is the link for it in case anyone is eager to see which is [link] . There are a few things that I'm not happy about this game. First, Sakurai himself put ROB(old NES accessory back in the 80s which was a flop) as a playable character and Windwaker Link in it as playable. That was a waste of a space for the roster. Besides, Krystal is the one who deserved more that spot than either of these two. I mean what idiot would decide to put ROB in it. Another thing that I didn't like about what Sakurai did was the Masterpieces section which consists of demos of classic games from Nintendo's past. Those games can be found in the Wii Shop Channel to download instead. But there are some plus sides to this game that I'm going to enjoy. One of them is for the arenas, they have the Port Town Aero Dive(F-Zero GX), Lylat Cruise(Starfox), and the Green Hill Zone(Sonic the Hedgehog). For the characters, I'm glad that Luigi, Falco and one of my favorite characters Wolf will join the Brawl. Boy am I going to have so much fun playing Fox, Sonic and Wolf in Brawl(these three are my most favorite characters). ^^ But the game obviously won't be out here in the United States until Mar. 9.

Aw yeah, the new year has just kicked in. Boy does 2007 passed by quite quickly. But now, I should focus on this year now since it is going to be a new and good year that I look forward to. Personally, one example will be that in entertainment wise, we're getting some new films that are coming out this year such as Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince(in production), Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, a new Chroncles of Narnia film, Cloverfield, and The Dark Knight from what I know. As for video games such as the Wii, this is going to be a great year because by next month on Feb. 10, we're finally getting our hands on Super Smash Bros. Brawl(...the most anticipated game of the year). But since it is coming out in Japan first this month on the 24th, all the secrets that are left to reveal in Brawl such as secret playable characters will finally be revealed during the game's release in Japan. Don't worry guys, we'll get there. The only that worries me as of this moment is that some new primetime shows that should have been coming out this month will be suspended for the moment such as my favorite show 24 since there is a writer's strike and we don't know when this will last. I just hope it gets taken care of soon. However, in TV wise, there is a new Transformers animated series coming out on Cartoon Network this Saturday. One of the things I liek about it is that some of the voice actors in that show are from the Generation 1 series from the 80s and those are Corey Burton and John Moschitta. Another pair of actors that I know who are going to be in the show is Jeff Bennett and Bill Fagerbakke(both who also teamed up to work in the 90s Disney series which is my most favorite Gargoyles). Finally we get David Kaye(who voiced Megatron in Beast Wars and Machines, Transformers Armada, Energon and Cybertron) will be doing Optimus Prime. Let's just hope the series is that good. ^^
